Opportunity:

Tell the world about local heroes - virtual / remote

Description
Do you love writing about local heroes? We're looking for a marketing, graphic design, or communications intern or volunteer to connect with students who received financial aid from Boost Fund For Students to tell their stories. Create social media posts or text for a variety of formats: social media platforms, written quotes for the website and printed outreach, short videos, etc.
Perfect for a journalism, communications or marketing student, or anyone with digital media expertise and a passion to support economic mobility for families across the region.
Approx 5 hours per week/flexible schedule and remote/online only. Could be set up as a time-bound project to complete a requirement such as for community service or course credit. If you're interested in this mission, let's talk!

Boost Fund For Students provides financial aid to adults in training for a new career in a skilled occupation with high demand like healthcare, computing, and the trades. Grants provide a safety net so a financial obstacle doesn't block the student from graduating to shift to a new career.
We are a small/new organization looking to improve digital presence; https://www.boostfundforstudents.com/impact
