Needs From: United Way of Pioneer Valley

The Market at Gray House is looking for dedicated volunteers to help sort, pack, and distribute food to support our weekly market distribution! Each week we serve on average 500 households in need of free, nutritious groceries as we continue the fight against food insecuirty in the greater Springfield area. 

Requirements: 

Must be able to lift at least 10 lbs. for sorting and packing, 30 lbs. for distribution or pick-ups
Minimum commitment of 2.5 hours per week between:
Wednesdays: 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Thursdays: 8 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. or 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Second and fourth Fridays of the month from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. or 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred for Thursdays and Fridays, but not required. 

Collect or purchase mini toothpaste, wet wipes, mouth wash, tooth brushes, combs, soap. Put one of each item into a plastic bags and deliver all the kits to our pantry to be handed out to consumers!
