 oung person? Become a Big Brother or Big Sister in our Community Mentoring 
 Program! Adult mentors are paired with children aged 7-14, and matches see 
 each other out in the community for 8 hours per month. The activity options
  for Bigs and Littles are unlimited! They plan their own outings, filled wi
 th things they enjoy doing. \nMentors must be 21+ years of age. \nYou will 
 be matched with a youth ages 6-18 and will meet 3-5 hours per month and do 
 fun things together in the community. Mentors are a consistent, caring adul
 ts that act as a stabilizing force in the life of a youth. Your first steps
  include an interview with a case manager, followed by references and backg
 round checks. Depending on which program you select, you may also have a ho
 me visit from your case manager. We work with Bigs and Littles to get an un
 derstanding of what works in terms of location, personalities, likes/dislik
 es, etc. After the match happens, you'll receive full support from your cas
 e manager throughout the life of the match. And, anytime you have any quest
