 ern MA\n\nAdult mentors are matched one-to-one with youth and meet weekly a

  programs, and other sites to match youth with volunteers. Mentors must be 
 21+ years of age. You will be matched with a youth ages 6-18, meet 3-5 hour
 s per month and do fun things together in the community. Mentors are a cons
 istent, caring adults that act as a stabilizing force in the life of a yout
 h. \nWe provide full support from the start. Your first steps include an in
 terview with a case manager, followed by references and background checks. 
 Depending on which program you select, you may also have a home visit from 
 your case manager. From there, we want to make sure you and your Little hav
 e things in common! We work with Bigs and Littles to get an understanding o
 f what works in terms of location, personalities, likes/dislikes, etc. Afte
 r the match happens, you will receive full support from your case manager t
