Calling all groups, companies, youth groups and local agencies! If you want to give back in a meaningful way that is free, easy and helps to clean out your closet at the same time, then do a clothing drive that supports Catie's Closet Fill the Bus initiative! All summed long Catie's Closet is looking to local groups to compile gently used clothing. Groups can choose to sort the clothing according to our sorting guide, or simply donate to Catie's Closet. Once the drive is done, contact Catie's Closet and they will come to your office, club, space and pick up the clothing to be placed in their partner schools for the start of the school year! Closet Champions are vital to the operation of our In-School Closets! This is a perfect opportunity to work right inside our Closets, creating a positive shopping experience our students. As a Closet Champion, you will visit your assigned closet weekly or bi-weekly to ensure the Closet is clean, organized, and well-stocked so students can shop for what they need in a safe, welcoming environment.We provide forms and training to ensure each Closet Champion is comfortable with the position. A CORI record check is required and will be provided by Catie's Closet.This role offers a flexible schedule! You can choose the hours you visit your closet during the school day, Monday through Friday. The donations you collect with the help of your family, friends, and coworkers directly support local children in need. We accept all new and like-new youth and teen clothing, as well as new and full-sized toiletries. We provide you with all the materials you need to host a successful clothing and toiletry drive, including a customized PDF flyer and donation boxes. Pick up available for drives with 10+ bags of donations in qualifying locations.

Volunteer groups are essential to helping us process the hundreds of clothing donations we receive in a timely manner. When you arrive at our Distribution Center, your group will receive a tour and a short orientation. You will then work together to sort clothing by size, gender, and clothing type, which will help our team distribute clothing to children in need. Registration is required.
